ESG metrics at DaiDung Corporation are specific, rigorously monitored, and regularly evaluated. A notable example is the construction of green energy factories to LEED GOLD standards, utilizing renewable energy sources to reduce emissions and optimize production efficiency. Specifically:
- Ensuring optimal environmental design and management of factories, including ventilation systems, waste storage, and industrial hygiene according to ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System standards.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of factory equipment and systems to ensure efficient operation and minimize negative environmental impacts, reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
- Implementing Lean-5S programs and lean manufacturing activities increases productivity, minimizes waste, ensures safety, and creates a professional working environment during production processes.
