On August 15th, DaiDung Corporation (DDC) held a workshop to establish business objectives and plans for 2025, with a vision extending to 2030.
DDC has identified high-level strategic goals for 2030, including expanding into integrated adjacent sectors and maximizing the value of the mechanical engineering ecosystem; becoming a leading strategic partner in design, structural production, and construction within the global supply chains of top contractors, companies, and projects; ranking among the top-performing businesses in Asia; and achieving sustainable growth and value in its listed stock (VNSI).

To lay the foundation and drive the realization of these goals, the workshop identified vital actions such as strengthening corporate governance systems towards excellence in management, advancing digital transformation and automation, developing strategies for elite human resource development, enhancing risk management capabilities, optimizing production management, project management, and operational efficiency; and promoting sustainable development while improving service quality for DDC’s global customer network.
During the workshop, goals were discussed and identified.
In parallel, DDC is also focusing on implementing innovation and sustainable development programs based on the ESG strategic framework currently being developed, encouraging practices across all levels of the organization.
Following the outlined strategy, the workshop set specific growth roadmaps for each phase. These will serve as the basis for departments and divisions to create action plans to achieve the objectives.

In the 2025 fiscal year, DDC prioritizes critical markets such as the Middle East, Australia, Japan, the U.S., Taiwan, and Vietnam.
