At 9:00 am on November 1, 2022, Dai Dung organized a program to welcome a group of students to visit and participate in the experience sharing program at An Ha factory. This is a group of students from the class “CEO – Intensive CEO”. The class is an annual training program by the Vietnam – Japan Human Resource Development Institute (VJCC).
1. Components Welcome from DDC
In order to achieve the success of the program, we would like to express our special thanks to the Board of Directors and factory personnel who enthusiastically participated in sharing and organizing:
- Mr. Trinh Tien Dung – General Director of Dai Dung Group
- Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh – Deputy General Director – Director of An Ha Factory
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy – Deputy Director of Human Resources Administration
- Mr. Trinh Van Ky – Workshop Manager at An Ha factory
- Mr. Vu Van Trinh – HCNS City is in charge of An Ha factory
- Mr. Nguyen Van Thoi – Deputy Head of Quality Management Department
2. DDC Connect & Never Stop Learning
In the program, nearly 40 students are CEOs and key personnel of enterprises in Hanoi city. The purpose of the visit is to learn about the organization and operation of An Ha NM. In particular, the exchange of experiences on lean production and management with DDC managers took place afterwards.
This is an opportunity to learn from a company in the top 500 VNR like Dai Dung. At the same time, Dai Dung was also shown the spirit of sharing values for the community. The speeches, sharing management experience and lean production system of Chairman Trinh Tien Dung inspired and energized the delegates and members present at the visit.
