The short-term strategy has been launched – Taking off and excellently achieving key goals, creating a premise for 2024 of “Foundation Consolidate” to prepare for the breakthrough of “Achieve success” in 2025.
After more than a year of learning and drawing experience from many domestic and world Digital Transformation projects, large corporations, different industries and fields. The strategy board and I-value consulting unit determined that in 2024, “Digital transformation” must be the core foundation that needs to be strongly planned and implemented. At the same time, DaiDung Corporation has fully prepared plans, implementation methods, human resources, financial resources, tools, data, and systems to ensure the success of the project and the success of the project.
