The event, held on the morning of June 22 – 2024, at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, provided DaiDung Corporation an opportunity to connect with students. This was aimed at developing young talent for DDC and helping students gain a better understanding of professional work and career orientation for the future.
DDC’s representative received a certificate of honor with other participating units at the “2024 Job Fair & Business Networking Event.”
In the first few hours of the event, the DDC recruitment booth attracted hundreds of students who visited and registered for consultations. Alongside providing recruitment information, the DDC’s HR Department also helped students better understand the working environment, individual roles & responsibilities in the development journey of the enterprise. This gives students a more precise direction for their future career development.

Nguyen Dang Quang, a first-year student of the Supply Chain Management Faculty, shared, “I have a clearer understanding of the differences between the knowledge learned in school and the real demands at businesses, as well as what additional knowledge and skills I need to improve my job prospects, especially at large corporations.” After being advised by DDC’s Recruitment Department, Quang had a better grasp of the necessary elements to meet actual job requirements at the company.
