A Multicolored Spectrum of Emotions
The year-end celebration “Colors of DaiDung” left a truly special impression, as the vibrant hues of Aspiration – Creativity – Quality – Credibility – Sharing came to life through a series of immersive activities. The lively Spring Fair was a tapestry of colors and energy, featuring charmingly themed stalls such as “Chị Vi’s Aspiration Cart,” “Chị Huệ’s Quality Stall,” “Cô Tạo’s Áo Dài Boutique,” “Chú Tín’s General Store,” and “Tiệm Trà Sẻ Chia” (Tea for Sharing). These spaces were filled with the joyful spirit of spring, creating a nostalgic yet festive atmosphere. Graceful áo dài fluttered along “An Ha Street,” evoking memories of an earlier DaiDung—full of ambition and dreams. Meanwhile, the cheerful laughter of attendees blended harmoniously with the sweet, melodic tunes of Phương Nam’s Lô Tô Troupe, echoing through the vibrant festivities like the warm flavors of Thanh Hóa’s traditional chè lam.
“Pinwheel of Love” – A Symbol of Sharing by DaiDung at the Spring Fair
The vibrant spring atmosphere of An Ha shone even brighter as every activity was meticulously planned and executed. From festive goods and Tet essentials to lively competitions, each element of the event was not just a celebration for DaiDung members after a year of dedication but also a tribute to the traditional values that DaiDung has nurtured and upheld over the years. At the heart of it all was one core value—Sharing.
The “Pinwheel of Love” program saw each DaiDung member contribute 10,000 VND to a fund supporting colleagues facing hardships in life. The bánh chưng wrapping competition, carrying the heartfelt message “Cặp bánh yêu thương – Ấm lòng đón Tết”, kept the fires burning throughout the night. A total of 280 perfectly wrapped bánh chưng, infused with the fragrant aroma of fresh sticky rice and bound with love, were shared among DaiDung members. The initiative aimed not only to bring a taste of Tết to those less fortunate but also to provide additional financial support for colleagues returning home for the holiday. These were just a few among many meaningful activities. Each booth at the event had its own unique color and theme, yet all shared a common purpose—to support and uplift fellow colleagues, standing side by side as one DaiDung family.

Even more special, “Colors of DaiDung” shone even brighter on the night of the year-end celebration. After the dazzling fireworks display welcoming the new year, the leadership team personally oversaw the organization of the “Bringing Tet Home” convoy, bidding farewell and wishing the workers a safe journey home to reunite with their families after a year of dedication to the mission of “Bringing Vietnam to the World.” Supporting transportation and financial assistance to ensure that migrant workers have a fulfilling and joyful Tet has long been a cherished tradition at DaiDung. “This year is no exception. DaiDung has arranged five buses to take over 250 workers back to their hometowns for Tet. Additionally, the company has set up a fund of over 1.5 billion VND to cover meals throughout the journey and provide Tết gifts for their families,” shared Mr. Trinh Van Huyen, Vice General Director of DaiDung Group, as he and the leadership team stood at the gate, warmly bidding farewell to their employees.
This meaningful activity has been highly praised by authorities at all levels and the business community. It also stands as one of the most profound human values with a wide-reaching impact at DaiDung.
“Dụng nhân duy hiền” (using talent and virtue) to create a “Colors of DaiDung” that spreads across the world map.
“Dụng nhân duy hiền” – meaning “Value Talents and Retain Virtuous Talents”. This is DaiDung Group’s strategy for building an excellent team from 2025 to 2027, aiming toward DaiDung Group’s Vision 2030. With this program, DaiDung Group will implement comprehensive training and development for senior management, succession talent, project managers with international standards, high-skilled technical staff, design engineers, QA/QC professionals, skilled workers, and high-level laborers. Alongside, internal professional training at key departments will play a vital role. During the “Colors of DaiDung” night full of enchantment, this ideology was clearly outlined through the remarks of Mr. Truong Duc Hanh, Chief of Staff at DaiDung.

“Ambition – Creativity – Quality – Reputation – Sharing” – the 5 colors of DaiDung are the five complementary elements of the “Ngũ phúc lâm môn” (Five Blessings Enter the Gate) in the five elements. These include: Longevity (Trường thọ) – The desire for stability and lasting success. Wealth (Phú quý) – Prosperity derived from the combination of intellect and virtue. Safety (Khang ninh) – Peace and harmony between individuals and the community. Virtue (Hảo đức) – Moral excellence serving as a guiding principle in life and career development. Goodness (Thiện chung) – The act of sharing for the benefit of the community. These are the values that DaiDung follows, creating a company that is “Strong at the Roots, Resilient in the Body”!

“Ngũ phúc lâm môn” is like a complete and abundant blessing, filled with great aspirations in the springtime of DaiDung’s world. And that happiness is gradually becoming a reality as DaiDung continuously reaps many new successes.
In 2024 alone, DaiDung Group has continuously won bids for many key projects, which are of significant national importance and have a profound impact on architectural trends, steel structure solutions, and modern construction methods. The design, production, and assembly teams have also achieved excellent results, ensuring high quality, sticking to schedules, and receiving high praise from clients and partners. Notable examples include the National Exhibition and Convention Center project, a new iconic structure in the capital; the Misk Ilmi Museum, a symbol project in Saudi Arabia; the Shiplift System, a state-of-the-art large warship lift system for the US military; and many other important projects.
This is a testament to the policy of “Dụng nhân duy hiền,” which has brought the “Ngũ phúc” (Five Blessings) to the land and sky of DaiDung.
