SATISFYING OPENING EVENT OF SPORTS FESTIVAL "DAIDUNG IS STRONG

The unwavering determination to win and the martial spirit of over 800 athletes—sports elites representing various divisions, departments, and teams of DaiDung Group—came together to create a grand and exhilarating opening ceremony. The event was organized to celebrate the milestone of DaiDung Group’s 30th anniversary.

Alongside the goal of fostering an energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere, promoting achievements in honor of this 30-year journey, the event also aimed to establish a playground of unity—one that emphasizes teamwork, celebrates sharing, and encourages a sports culture that prioritizes health and well-being.

With 10 competition categories across four sports—football, badminton, tug-of-war, and running—intense rivalries and thrilling showdowns were promised. Every competing athlete entered the field with a strong resolve to win and bring glory to their team.

Over 800 outstanding athletes from various divisions and departments will compete in four sports and ten competition categories.

Unity, camaraderie, fitness, and the pursuit of excellence to commemorate 30 years—a remarkable journey that has elevated Vietnam’s steel structure and mechanical engineering industry on the global stage—will serve as the driving force behind passionate performances and spirited competitions. This event upholds sportsmanship and the honor of fair play.

Mr. Trinh Manh Hung, Deputy General Director of DaiDung Group, delivered a speech at the event.

Mr. Le Van Giang, a football player from the DDC Long An 1 factory team, took the athlete’s oath on behalf of all competitors at the opening ceremony.

The marching contingent carrying the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh proceeded toward the central stage. President Ho Chi Minh not only founded Vietnam’s revolutionary sports movement but also initiated the public fitness campaign with the revolutionary slogan: “Strong for the nation.”

The Red Flag Contingent, consisting of 30 employees symbolizing DaiDung’s 30 years of establishment and growth, proudly waved vibrant red flags in unison. These flags, soaring high with heroic energy, symbolize strength, confidence, and the determination to succeed. Together, they formed a unified block—a representation of great solidarity. Proud to be an integral part of DaiDung Group, every officer and employee is committed to striving, excelling, and honing their skills to contribute to the corporation’s continuous growth and ascent to new heights.
