The event was attended by Ms. Ngo Thi Hong Hao, Provincial Party Committee member and Chairwoman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Women’s Union; representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of DaiDung Group; and leaders from the districts where the sponsored children reside, including Vinh Loc, Yen Dinh, Tho Xuan, Ha Trung, Quang Xuong, Thach Thanh, and Nghi Son Town.

Responding to the “Mother Sponsorship Program” initiated by the Vietnam Women’s Union Central Committee and implemented through the coordination of the Provincial Women’s Union, DaiDung Group has so far sponsored 363 children in 12 districts and towns across the province.

Each child receives financial support ranging from 500,000 to 700,000 VND per month until they turn 18. The company has also contributed 337 million VND to build and repair seven dilapidated houses for these children, as well as organized gatherings and gift-giving events on holidays and Tet, with a total budget exceeding 4.2 billion VND to date. Earlier, in early December 2024, in Lang Chanh District, DaiDung Group organized a gathering, presented gifts, and provided financial support for 2025 to children in mountainous districts including Muong Lat, Quan Son, Quan Hoa, Ba Thuoc, and Lang Chanh.

In Vinh Loc District, DaiDung Group distributed Tet gifts to 212 children from seven lowland districts and provided over 1.7 billion VND in sponsorship funds for 2025. This raised the total annual sponsorship fund for 363 children in 2025 to 2.62 billion VND.

These gifts not only carry material value but also serve as a great source of encouragement, helping the children celebrate Tet with warmth and joy, alleviating their hardships and losses. Moreover, this initiative continues to inspire more organizations and individuals to extend their support, ensuring more children enjoy a happy and fulfilling Lunar New Year.
