DDC JOYFULLY CELEBRATES THE MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL FOR EMPLOYEES’ CHILDREN

The event occurred at Gia Dinh Park Circus (HCMC) in a lively and festive atmosphere, with over 350 children of DDC employees from the Southern region participating. Not only did it provide a meaningful playground for the children, but the event also fostered connection and demonstrated the company’s care and support for the well-being of its employees—one of DDC’s core values.

The Mid-Autumn Festival brought joy to the children of DDC

Besides receiving meaningful gifts, the children participated in many fun activities during the event. They enjoyed spectacular circus performances, such as animal acts, rope-walking, group cycling, lion and dragon dances, and a feast celebration.

It is known that this event is held annually for the children, alongside other activities on occasions like International Children’s Day (June 1st) and the recognition of students with outstanding academic achievements. These activities provide a fun and healthy playground for the children. This shows that, besides the effort to create a working environment with opportunities for learning, career development, and empowerment, DDC also places great importance on the mental well-being of its employees and their families.

With increasing attention to both the material and spiritual lives of its employees, every DDC staff member will be further motivated to uphold and promote the core values of Aspiration – Innovation – Quality – Trust and Sharing, contributing to the mission of “Bringing Vietnam to the world,” while successfully positioning DDC as a global brand in steel structure and mechanical manufacturing.
