On June 27, 2023, Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee allowed Dai Dung Nghi Son Mechanical Manufacturing Joint Stock Company to implement Nghi Son Hi-tech Mechanical Factory; it is located in Mai Lam ward, Nghi Son town, and is part of industrial zone No. 1, Nghi Son economic zone. In particular, the project encourages the growth of metal component production, mechanical processing, and installation of industrial machinery and equipment, among other things, in order to meet the building needs of significant national and international projects. world.

1.2 A brief overview of the Nghi Son Hi-tech Factory project:
- The land use scale is around 10.2 ha;
- The design capacity is 50,000 tons of products per year;
- The total investment is 501.689 billion VND.
– According to DaiDung Group’s Board of Directors, the project’s products are focused on hard supply for factories:
- petrochemical – heavy industry – thermal power;
- high-rise structures, pre-engineered steel buildings;
- public infrastructure; other components.
– Determine the proportion of product supply:
- Export proportion: 70-80% of products are exported and carried from Nghi Son seaport.
- Domestic proportion: around 20-30% will be consumed on the home market.
