Tan Son Nhat Airport T3 Terminal
Unlike long-term projects, Terminal T3 is a “campaign” that demands speed and smooth coordination to help alleviate congestion and upgrade the country’s largest airport. DaiDung Group is once again participating in the Tan Son Nhat Airport T3 Terminal project.
- Total investment: Nearly 11,000 billion VND.
- Design capacity: 20 million passengers/year.
- Design: Includes 3 main components: passenger terminal, multi-story car park combined with non-aviation services, and an elevated bridge system.
Unlike merely supplying materials, DaiDung Group’s role in this project includes construction and erection. This requires superior overall capability, from precise manufacturing at the factory to efficient construction organization on-site, ensuring synchronicity and coordination with other contractors.
Noi Bai Airport T2 Terminal
Noi Bai International Airport T2 Terminal is one of Hanoi’s typical architectural works, falling into DaiDung Group’s segment of airport, stadium, and key transport infrastructure projects. In this project, DaiDung Group was responsible for supplying, constructing, and erecting steel structures, one of the important components ensuring the project’s progress and quality.
This terminal has a total construction area of 90,000 m², with a design capacity to serve approximately 6 million passengers per year, significantly contributing to the operation and quality of aviation services in Northern Vietnam.
Participation in the construction of Noi Bai T2 Terminal is a testament to DaiDung Group’s capabilities in steel structures and mechanical fabrication for key transport infrastructure projects in Vietnam.
Vinh Airport
Vinh International Airport, located in Nghe An, is one of the key transport projects in the North Central region. This project commenced construction in 2014, marking a significant step forward in upgrading aviation infrastructure, meeting the region’s socio-economic development and international trade needs.
DaiDung Group was the unit responsible for constructing the steel structures for the Vinh airport project. Techo Takhmao International Airport (Phnom Penh, Cambodia)
In Cambodia, DaiDung Group acts as the supplier and contractor for the roof system of the passenger terminal (HEADHOUSE) at New Phnom Penh Airport. The project was designed by FOSTER & PARTNERS, one of the world’s leading architectural firms, guaranteeing the aesthetic appeal and complexity of the work. With a roof system covering up to 80,000m², including 45 unique domes, each measuring 36m x 36m, this was a major technical challenge that DDC Group successfully overcame. Techo Takhmao International Airport meets 4F standards, capable of receiving the world’s largest aircraft such as the Airbus A380 and Boeing 747, helping to expand direct flight networks to Europe, the US, the Middle East, Australia, and major economic centers. Expanding international routes, especially long-haul direct flights, will help Cambodia attract more tourists, especially since tourism is one of the country’s three economic pillars.
