With a long-term vision and comprehensive EPC expertise, DaiDung Group is a trailblazer in greening the steel structure industry—a vital link in the sustainable industrial supply chain. The model of Stadium 974 – Ras Abu Aboud, showcased at the Vietnam Industrial Zone Development Forum 2025, vividly demonstrates DaiDung’s strategy to align with international standards and environmental values.
Pioneering Green Solutions for Industrial Infrastructure
The Vietnam Industrial Zone Development Forum 2025, themed “Comprehensive Solutions and Sustainable Investment,” brought together experts, regulators, and businesses to discuss green pathways for eco-industrial zones while addressing environmental and climate challenges. DaiDung Group made a strong impression with the Stadium 974 – Ras Abu Aboud model, a standout project designed for full disassembly and reuse, perfectly matching global sustainability trends.

Mr. Truong Xuan Co, Director of Business and Project Development at DaiDung Group, introduced this iconic green project to attendees.
Beyond being a symbol of the 2022 World Cup, it’s the world’s first stadium designed for complete dismantling post-event. DaiDung played a key role in crafting its steel structures, solidifying Vietnam’s reputation in large-scale green projects worldwide.
More recently, DaiDung led the steel structure work for the circular hall—the heart of the National Exhibition Center Co Loa. This showcases their exceptional design, fabrication, and construction skills for complex steel structures, while reinforcing their pivotal role in delivering nationally significant infrastructure. Meeting tight schedules under strict technical demands highlights DaiDung’s responsibility, resilience, and mastery of cutting-edge technology in Vietnam’s construction and industrial support sectors.
“Steel structures are increasingly vital in industrial construction due to their recyclability, fast construction, and ability to cut greenhouse gas emissions. They’re key to building future eco-industrial zones,” said Mr. Truong Xuan Co.
Over 30 years, DaiDung Group has become Vietnam’s leading steel structure EPC contractor, handling everything from design and procurement to fabrication and installation. The company exports steel to over 60 countries, including demanding markets like the U.S., Japan, Australia, the Middle East, and Europe. DaiDung’s projects not only prove international competitiveness but also elevate Vietnam’s brand in global mechanics.

DaiDung’s Green Achievements Recognized
DaiDung’s efforts in greening Vietnam’s steel and manufacturing industries earned it a spot among the top companies in the 2024 “For a Green Future” awards, recognized for its exemplary green transition strategy.
Turning Green Practices into a Competitive Edge
With Vietnam aiming for at least 40% of its industrial zones to be eco-friendly by 2030, businesses in the industrial supply chain must shift to sustainable thinking. DaiDung Group leads the way by embedding green practices into its products, production processes, and corporate governance.

The forum focused on key issues in guiding the sustainable development of industrial zones for the 2025–2030 period.
Its factory network is continuously expanded and upgraded to meet LEED Gold standards—a top global certification for energy efficiency, water conservation, emission reduction, and improved workplaces. Achieving LEED certification boosts asset value and proves DaiDung’s commitment to sustainability.
DaiDung also measures greenhouse gas emissions under ISO 14064-1 and ISO 14067 standards and holds an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) certification. These tools provide transparent lifecycle and carbon footprint assessments, helping meet global ESG supply chain requirements.
Additionally, a strategic partnership with BIDV for green credit has opened access to sustainable financing, enabling deeper investments and accelerating DaiDung’s green transition. This milestone supports its goal to be a trusted EPC contractor for sustainable projects, partnering with investors to develop LEED-certified factories, green buildings, and eco-industrial zones aligned with global trends.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the construction progress of the National Exhibition Center in Dong Anh District, Hanoi—a project where DaiDung Group is primarily responsible for the steel structure.
Beyond supplying products, DaiDung collaborates with clients on design, consulting, and comprehensive solutions to achieve low-emission and sustainable goals. With strong technical expertise and a green finance strategy, DaiDung is cementing its role as a reliable EPC contractor for future industrial projects, where environmental and economic benefits go hand in hand.
