DaiDung Group is charging toward a 2026 goal of signing new contracts worth 26,179 billion VND, entering a fast-growth phase with a clear strategy and full preparation in people, technology, systems, and mindset. The “Strategic Business Planning 2026–2030” workshop showed strong determination to hit breakthrough targets, outlining a long-term growth plan for 2026–2030, with detailed action steps and supporting programs to boost internal strength, expand markets, and ensure sustainable growth.

To achieve this ambitious goal, DaiDung’s sales teams took the lead by reviewing market potential, rethinking customer strategies, and improving cross-department teamwork to ensure speed, quality, and efficiency in every project. Instead of waiting for opportunities, the company is now “creating waves” with a fast-paced, results-driven approach. DaiDung’s edge comes from a solid foundation: a young, talented workforce (average age 35), with 15.7% engineers driving innovation and tech upgrades. The group is also investing in deep training to enhance skills for workers, technicians, engineers, and managers to keep execution top-notch.

In production, DaiDung is optimizing current strengths and expanding capacity. Actions like streamlining processes, cutting wait times, automating tasks, using IoT, improving internal transport, and proactive maintenance are boosting efficiency. New factories, equipment, technology, and smart shift planning are expanding production to meet large, demanding global projects.
On standards and systems, DaiDung is among the few Vietnamese contractors with multiple global certifications like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, LEED Gold for factories and offices, ISO 14064-1:2018, ISO 14067:2018, and EPD, while pursuing ISO 51001:2018 for energy management. These prove sustainable production and give a clear advantage in global supply chains.
