Recently, the Long An Factory, one of the key units in Đại Dũng Group’s supply chain, was proudly awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Long An Provincial People’s Committee for its outstanding achievements in occupational safety and hygiene in 2024. This recognition is not only an acknowledgment from local authorities but also a significant milestone reflecting the relentless efforts of the factory’s entire workforce in enhancing safety standards, protecting the environment, and building a civilized, sustainable workplace.
This impressive achievement is the result of a comprehensive improvement process of the Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) system and the development of a safety culture throughout the years. At the Long An Factory, risk control procedures, environmental impact assessments, and emergency response plans have been regularly reviewed and updated, not only complying with current legal regulations but also aiming for stringent international standards. With a synchronized management system, the effectiveness of safety control has been significantly enhanced.
A standout feature in the Long An Factory’s transformation journey is the shift in mindset and behavior regarding safety across the entire workforce.
