IMPLEMENTING A COMPREHENSIVE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY, DAIDUNG GROUP IS SHIFTING TOWARDS BECOMING A BILLION-DOLLAR ENTERPRISE.

On January 15, 2025, DaiDung Group, in partnership with FPT Corporation, officially signed and implemented a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, with the core project being the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system SAP S/4HANA provided by SAP Vietnam. This milestone marks a significant transformation for DaiDung Group as it moves towards achieving its strategic goal of becoming a billion-dollar enterprise with pillars of Outstanding Growth, Excellent Team, Excellent Management, Exceptional Services and Quality, and Sustainable Development.

The Board of Directors of DaiDung Group has decided to innovate its management model by implementing the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across all 10 member companies both domestically and internationally. At the same time, the company is also deploying digital office solutions through Spro and automating business processes with akaBot. This choice marks the beginning of DaiDung’s digital transformation journey, aiming to improve operational efficiency, reduce paperwork, and enhance data quality. This bold, strategic move will continue to strengthen the company’s position in both domestic and international markets.

In this phase, FPT will provide consulting services for the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition solution for DaiDung Group. This will enable real-time management systems, improving management efficiency and supporting decision-making. Alongside the implementation of the Spro digital office solution, the aim is to improve work processes, foster strong integration between departments within the group, and move towards a paperless office model, which will save resources and enhance work efficiency. Notably, the akaBot solution will automate business processes using AI-powered robots, reducing manual intervention and increasing accuracy in tasks.

In addition, DaiDung Group is also implementing the Master Data Management (MDM) project to establish a reliable and consistent data source. This will enable departments to access trustworthy data, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing risks, and improving decision-making capabilities across multiple management levels. These projects not only support achieving short-term goals but also lay a solid foundation for DaiDung’s sustainable development in the future.

Together with its implementation partner, FPT Group, after the strategic consulting phase, corporate culture, and digital transformation strategy, the consulting unit i.Value will continue its role as the supervisory consultant during the digital transformation implementation phase. With the independent supervision from experts, this will ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the akaBot business process automation solution, Spro, and Master Data. The consulting experts will not only oversee the deployment of technological solutions but also assist in monitoring progress, evaluating quality and effectiveness at each stage, and helping the company optimize processes while flexibly adjusting plans when necessary.
