The selection, collaboration, and partnership with EVAPCO demonstrate the growth of the DaiDung Corporation (DDC) team—not only in terms of strategic thinking and professional expertise but also in their readiness to support and work toward a common goal: Excellence in growth, team, management, services, and quality.

This unique program was held to celebrate the 5-year partnership between EVAPCO, a global leader in heat transfer solutions, and DDC, a regional leader in steel structure solutions and mechanical engineering. The event highlighted how DDC’s core values of Aspiration, Innovation, Quality, Prestige, and Sharing have been instrumental in establishing its position in the international market.

The event occurred at the An Ha factory, one of DDC’s facilities operating under LEED Gold standards. Mr. Nick Atherton, Senior Vice President of EVAPCO Dry Cooling, shared: ‘The past 5 years have flown by. We started with a small project, around 20 tons or more, in 2019. Together, we navigated the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since then, DDC has delivered thousands of tons of steel structures and piping annually. We are delighted and grateful for this friendly gathering.’
The first purchase order, signed in early February 2020 for the Astoria Station project, officially marked the start of a strong, collaborative partnership between EVAPCO and DDC. Notably, both companies stood side by side throughout the challenging Covid-19 lockdowns that deeply affected the global economy. Despite these hurdles, flexible and effective methods were employed to maintain production, quality supervision, and project inspections. Thanks to these efforts, all project deadlines were met as promised. This built a foundation of trust in the core values DDC has developed over 30 years. The partnership has expanded to numerous projects, including Calcasieu Pass CP2, Kingston Fossil Plant, Three River Energy Center, Great Plains Power Station, Manzanillo Power Land, Aspen Power Station, and many more.
EVAPCO’s recognition of DDC’s reputation and the quality of its products and services has motivated DDC to continue striving for excellence. Upgrades in technology, new equipment acquisition, and supply chain enhancements are ongoing to meet the technical, quality, and aesthetic requirements of partners and customers. DDC’s creativity and hard work foundation will continue to drive its success.
‘Regarding future improvements, we will further enhance our occupational safety, 5S practices, and training programs to ensure our workforce’s well-being and skills development. We will also invest in additional equipment, technology, and production space to increase our supply capacity,’ said Mr. Trinh Tien Dung, Chairman and CEO of DDC, at the event.

This event also strengthened the relationship between Vietnam and the United States, which established a Comprehensive Partnership on July 25, 2013, and upgraded to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for peace, cooperation, and sustainable development on September 10, 2023. Economic and trade cooperation remains the most prosperous collaboration area, serving as the core foundation and driving force for the overall relations between the two countries.
DDC has proven to be a trusted partner, continuing to work alongside EVAPCO to usher in a new era and achieve more significant global market success. EVAPCO is one of the critical partners in DDC’s mission to Bring Vietnam to the World, contributing to building a prosperous and strong Vietnam.
