In January 18, 2024, the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Associations organized the first Congress (2024 – 2029) with theme:”Solidarity – Creativity – Sustainability” which officially took place in Ho Chi Minh City.

The first Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association Congress with the Congress theme is: “Solidarity – Creativity – Sustainability” The Congress discussed direction, mission, and solution in the period 2024 – 2029;
To synthesize the strength of solidarity and wisdom; to gather and connect members operating in industrial real estate and related activities with central and local state agencies to resolve investment, business, and investment promotion issues domestically and internationally, and to protect the legitimate rights of members.
Participating in the first Congress of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association, term 2024-2029, is an important step in developing DDC. This is an opportunity to share knowledge and experience and work together to build sustainable infrastructure and develop Vietnam’s industrial real estate industry.
