2. Infrastructure Orientation of Industrial Park
The IPs have investment policies, have investment certificates and have 1/2000, 1/500 plannings in 2022 (expanded IPs are counted as new ones). According to some official reports by the end of 2022, about 86 new industrial zones have been added nationwide, of which the North has the most abundant supply.

– The southern industrial zone market is also expected to receive new supply from some typical projects such as:
- VSIP 3 Industrial Park (1,000 ha);
- NTC3 Industrial Park – expansion (346 ha);
- Phuoc An Industrial Park (330 ha.
