As Vietnam enters a new cycle of large-scale infrastructure and industrial investment—unprecedented in both scope and ambition—the Business Plan Implementation Conference for the 2026–2030 period of DaiDung Group is more than an annual planning exercise. It marks a strategic milestone, where the Group collectively reviews its capabilities, defines its future direction, and prepares to assume a higher-value role within the national value chain and on the international stage.

In 2025, Vietnam commenced and inaugurated 564 infrastructure projects with a total investment value of VND 5.14 quadrillion, of which the private sector accounted for approximately 75%. This scale and pace of development require enterprises not only to possess strong production capabilities, but also to demonstrate solid financial strength, effective governance, advanced technology, and high-quality human resources.
Mr. Trinh Manh Hung, Member of the Board of Directors of the Group, affirmed:
“DaiDung Group does not compete on price; we compete on brand value and on complex products with high intellectual and technological content. Therefore, our mission is to deliver the best possible quality to our customers while optimizing operating costs and performance. We continuously improve and innovate, optimizing costs across every stage—from procurement and logistics to manufacturing and processing.”

The Conference emphasized that the annual business plan is no longer a short-term target checklist, but a comprehensive assessment of the Group’s long-term, system-wide capabilities. From finance and supply chain to data, operations, and human resources, all functions are being standardized, digitized, and interconnected into a unified ecosystem. This foundation enables the company not only to deliver annual targets, but also to ensure readiness for deep participation in long-term investment cycles characterized by large-scale projects, demanding schedules, and international standards.
Looking ahead to 2030, DaiDung Group aims to achieve revenues exceeding USD 1 billion and to become a world-class, diversified industrial group—pioneering and leading Vietnamese enterprises both nationally and regionally. The objectives set for 2026 are designed as critical stepping stones toward realizing the 2030 vision. This roadmap is executed in close alignment with four strategic pillars: Excellent Growth – Excellent Customer Service – Excellent Governance – Excellent People.

A representative testament to Dai Dung Group’s general contracting capability and its capacity to manage complex projects is the National Exhibition Center, where the Group undertakes the entire value chain—from consultancy and design to fabrication, transportation, and on-site installation.
“The question is no longer whether we can do it, but what we must do to take Dai Dung further—from good to great. Every action is directed toward breakthrough, solid, and sustainable growth. Without great people and great thinking, there can be no great enterprise. Without elite people, it is impossible to deliver elite products,” shared Mr. Trinh Tien Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, at the event.
At the Conference, Dai Dung Group officially announced its ideology, business philosophy, and governance principles as the guiding compass for all objectives and actions of the Group in the new era—the era of Dai Dung’s rise, advancing in parallel with the nation’s era of growth and aspiration.
