Over the past 30 years, the company has expanded to nine specialized product segments, fully covering mechanical and steel structure needs across key industries. Its strategic focus lies in EPC general contracting-mastering the entire value chain from consulting, design, manufacturing, and fabrication to installation, inspection, and handover. Its six manufacturing complexes spanning 120 hectares, with a capacity exceeding 500,000 tons per year-targeting over 800,000 tons by 2030, provide the foundation to execute multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in demanding global and domestic markets.
An internal supply chain ecosystem combined with a strong network of international suppliers, high-quality subcontractors, logistics services, maritime transport partners, and financial institutions, ensures reliability, consistency, and world-class standards for major projects. The company employs more than 4,000 engineers, BIM experts, load-simulation specialists, technologists, and highly skilled workers-considered among the finest in the sector. They receive continuous international-standard training to meet the demands of highly complex projects requiring tight tolerances and accelerated schedules.
Its plants are comprehensively modernized with automated production lines, robotic welding systems, hot-dip galvanizing technology, next-generation coating systems, and advanced inspection platforms. All design–simulation–material optimization processes comply with EN, AISC, and AS standards, enabling DaiDung to execute industrial, energy, infrastructure, and architectural projects of high complexity.
Capabilities are further reinforced by a rigorous system of globally recognized certifications, including Japan’s R&H Grade, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN 1090 execution certification, AISC design–fabrication certification from the United States, and ISO 3834-2:2021-one of the strictest welding quality management standards. DaiDung is also among the few Vietnamese enterprises to obtain the European EPD certification, and the first in the steel structure and mechanical engineering sector to conduct emissions inventory under ISO 14064-1:2018 and ISO 14067:2018. Its factories meet LEED Gold standards, reflecting its consistent commitment to sustainability.
The company’s supply chain strength is complemented by an integrated network of certified subcontractors, equipment and material suppliers, and maritime logistics platforms, enabling the export of steel structures, technical modules, and industrial equipment to over 60 markets. This seamless integration offers major advantages in offshore projects, renewable energy, heavy industry, and transportation infrastructure.
Alongside its established steel structure brand, DaiDung is expanding new industrial identities: DaiDung Shipyard (shipbuilding), DaiDung Mechanical (port cranes, gantry cranes, passenger boarding bridges, heat-recovery equipment), and DaiDung Infrastructure (tunnels, railways, bridges, ports), among others.

DaiDung’s international capabilities are exemplified in its participation in landmark global projects, most notably the Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link, the world’s longest immersed-tunnel connection between Germany and Denmark. With stringent technical requirements-from EN standards and dynamic load simulations to deep-sea corrosion resistance and multi-layered quality control-the project represents one of the most demanding benchmarks for global contractors. The company has also been selected for critical assignments in major international projects such as the Paks Nuclear Power Plant in Hungary and the Novelis industrial complex in Italy.
Additionally, DaiDung has left its mark on numerous iconic structures, including the Nihonbashi Green Building in Tokyo, Powerhouse Parramatta in Australia, the Misk Museum in Saudi Arabia, Lusail Stadium-the centerpiece of the 2022 FIFA World Cup-the U.S. military’s Shiplift platform system, Cambodia International Airport, the 170-meter span Hoa Phat warehouse, the Co Loa National Exhibition Center, Long Thanh Airport aircraft maintenance hangars, and many others.
