- Location: Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, Hanoi Opened in late 2022, this is Samsung’s largest R&D center in Southeast Asia, featuring a 16-story building with a total floor area of nearly 80,000 m². The center focuses on researching advanced technologies such as AI, 5G, and Big Data, serving as a global strategic R&D hub for Samsung, developing software for mobile devices and electronic products.
BROTHER Industries (VN) Co., Ltd.

- Number of Factories: 6 factories producing and assembling various printers, fax machines, and multi-functional devices.

Factory No. 5, inaugurated in January 2021, marks a new phase in Brother’s scale and technology in Vietnam. DaiDung Group played a crucial role in this project, supplying high-quality, internationally compliant steel structures, which were instrumental in ensuring the project’s success, safety, and timely completion.

TBS Kien Giang Factory
- Investor: Thai Binh Kien Giang Joint Stock Company
- Total Construction Area: 5,040 m² DaiDung Group was responsible for the entire scope, from design and fabrication to erection of steel structures for TBS Group’s garment factories in Kien Giang. This project was executed and completed during the challenging COVID-19 pandemic (2020–2021), demonstrating DaiDung Group’s resilience and commitment to deadlines. This factory is a major production hub for footwear and garments exported by TBS Group in the Mekong Delta region.
Tran Phu Electric Mechanical Joint Stock Company Factory
- Investor: Tran Phu Electric Mechanical Joint Stock Company
- Location: VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park and other factories. Tran Phu is a leading enterprise in Vietnam’s wire and cable industry. Its factory in VSIP Hai Duong spans 5 hectares and is equipped with modern production lines. The factory utilizes advanced technology, ensuring products meet international quality standards (IEC, DIN, UL). Tran Phu’s products are used in key national projects and are exported.
LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (LMV) Factory
- Investor: LEGO Group (Denmark)
- Investment Capital: Over US$1.3 billion
- Location: VSIP III Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province
This project is being built on a 44-hectare site. After groundbreaking in late 2022, the factory is in its final stages of completion and is expected to commence operations in 2025. It will be LEGO’s sixth factory globally. This is LEGO’s first carbon-neutral factory, utilizing solar energy and applying smart, sustainable manufacturing technologies. The project is expected to create 4,000 jobs and is one of Vietnam’s largest high-tech FDI projects. DaiDung Group is the steel structure contractor for this landmark development.

Niken Factory

- Mining and Processing Capacity: 600,000 tons of raw ore/year

DaiDung Group served as the general contractor for the supply and construction of steel structures for the main components of this heavy industrial factory, ensuring timely completion, quality, and adherence to high technical standards required in the heavy industry and mining sectors.

MASAN LONG AN Factory
- Investor: Masan Industrial Joint Stock Company
- Location: Lot 02, Tan Duc Road, Tan Duc Industrial Park, Huu Thanh Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province
- Construction Area: 100,480 m²
DaiDung Group acted as the general contractor for the design, supply, fabrication, and erection of steel structures for the entire modern meat processing complex of Masan in Long An. This is one of the largest food industrial factory projects in the Southern region, applying modern processing technology and meeting international standards for food safety and environmental protection.
COCACOLA Industrial Factory
- Location: Cambodia
- Investor: Cambodia Beverages Company Ltd This factory spans 19 hectares with a total investment of VND 3,100 billion (equivalent to US$136 million). According to Ecozen, this is Coca-Cola’s fourth and largest factory in Vietnam. The project meets CBC’s wastewater standards, contributing to enhanced production capacity and environmental protection for Cambodia’s largest beverage factory. DaiDung Group was the EPC general contractor for the renovation of the wastewater treatment plant at the Coca-Cola Cambodia beverage factory.
PEPSI Industrial Factory

- Total Investment: Nearly VND 1,631 billion (US$70.8 million)
This factory is one of Suntory Pepsico’s five largest plants in Vietnam, serving as a central production and supply hub for beverages across the entire Mekong Delta region. DaiDung Group was the contractor for the supply and construction of steel structures for this modern beverage production facility, meeting international standards for food safety and environmental protection.
Dalat Wool Spinning Factory (EPC CONTRACT)
The Dalat Wool Spinning Factory (DWS) is a flagship project in Vietnam’s high-tech textile sector, invested by Suedwolle Group (Germany), with DaiDung Group serving as the EPC general contractor. This project is located in Phat Chi Industrial Cluster, Tram Hanh Commune, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province.

The factory utilizes one of the world’s most advanced spinning machinery systems, meeting international quality and environmental standards. 90% of the finished wool yarn products are exported to major global textile companies, while 10% serve the domestic garment industry. Notably, the DWS factory uses a 2.04 MWp rooftop solar power system, meeting about 20% of its electricity demand, reducing CO₂ emissions by over 2,100 tons/year, contributing to sustainable development.

Nghi Son High-Tech Mechanical Factory – Thanh Hoa

Vung Tau Factory
- Address: Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Vietnam.
