overview

Ukudu is a combined-cycle gas turbine power plant with a designed capacity of 198 MW. The project is developed and maintained by the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) and Korea East West Power under a 25-year energy conversion agreement with the Guam Power Authority.
