Dai Dung Hosts SelectUSA Delegation: Promoting Investment Connections in the New Phase of Vietnam–US Strategic Cooperation (22.11.2025)

The meeting between the SelectUSA investment promotion delegation and Dai Dung Group took place as part of the SelectUSA Roadshow. This forum serves as a platform for exchange between U.S. economic development agencies and Vietnamese businesses looking to expand into the U.S. market. The event was attended by senior leaders from leading companies such as Nhua Tien Phong, CADIVI, THIBIDI, Hong Ky Mechanical, TTC Energy, KTG Group, and others.

The SelectUSA Roadshow brings together representatives from the U.S. Commercial Service and economic development agencies from several states, including Georgia, Mississippi, New York, Arizona, Ohio, and Texas. It is the U.S. government’s flagship investment promotion network, tasked with helping international businesses understand incentive policies, access industrial infrastructure, and identify suitable locations when considering investment in the United States.

Mr. Gregory Harris, Senior Commercial Officer of the U.S. Commercial Service, shared insights on the investment environment in the United States

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Gregory Harris, Senior Commercial Officer of the U.S. Commercial Service, emphasized the importance of networking activities in the context of the growing cooperation between the two countries. He stated: ‘We are very pleased to be here with business representatives from many U.S. states. This is an ideal time for meetings like this. The coordination channels established over the past period have facilitated more effective exchanges and opened up prospects for enhanced investment cooperation.’

SelectUSA is the official investment promotion program of the U.S. Department of Commerce, implemented through the network of U.S. Commercial Service offices and state-level economic development organizations. The program provides comprehensive information on areas such as tax incentives, workforce, logistics infrastructure, and support policies for international investors. It serves as a platform that helps businesses access opportunities transparently and with clearer guidance when exploring the U.S. market.

At the event, state representatives also presented the strengths of their regions in sectors such as high technology, advanced manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, and supporting industries. This information helped businesses gain a comprehensive view of the investment environment and understand how each state shapes strategies to attract international companies. Mr. Harris noted that the focus of the upcoming program is the SelectUSA Investment Summit 2026, scheduled for May in Maryland, which will provide businesses with the opportunity to connect directly with hundreds of U.S. economic development organizations.

With this support, cooperation can progress more smoothly,’ he said

Mr. Dang Quoc Dung, Chairman of Nhua Tien Phong, said that the company imports raw materials from the United States, while plastic equipment for construction and infrastructure development comes from Germany. ‘We have discussed with DaiDung and will continue to explore together to enter the U.S. market, meeting its strict standards. The presence of international advisory organizations such as Altios, GoGlobal, Strategic Development Group, and Watson Immigration Law further demonstrates that the support ecosystem for businesses entering the U.S. market is well-structured, covering areas from legal, human resources, and compliance to site selection strategy.
